A Give us the total size of video wall and we will choose the best screen size and best video wall size for you.
B Give us the function of the led video wall.
C If have project scene pictures may be better to see the whole video wall with the room and see if the wall is hard to support the led video wall.
D Our professional engineers who have more than ten years outboard installation experience will fly to your country and install for you. After the screen being finished, will test it successfully. Then they will teach your workers how to operate the screen until they get it.
3. What is your payment way for new customers?
For new customers, we usually recommend clients to use Alibaba trade assurance as it can protect buyers. Also, clients can choose the payment way as they want, such as T/T, Payment, Western union etc.
For each project, the payment term is 50% deposit, 50% balance payment before shipment.
4. After sale service

B For each project, we will make an installation manual for our customers. Also, if clients still do not know how to use or install, we will have online teach until you finish the project.
C We provide one year warranty time for our products. If there is any non-human damage,we responsible for our screen, change or fix.
5. How much is the shipping cost and how long will the deliver time be?
We provide two shipping ways for our customers. One is by sea and another is by air. If you need sea shipping cost, please provide me the seaport address near you. If by air, please provide me the airport address near you. By the way, if you need door to door shipping cost, please give me exactly and full address of yours. Also, with post code.
Our normal deliver period is three to seven workdays. But if the project is a bit big, may need a bit long time. Specific depends on the project.
